Job Description:

We are hiring talented Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This position is salaried + commissions + bonuses with health, dental and 401k match. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role on our team, calling on financial decision-makers to schedule software demos. You will be the driving force behind identifying opportunities, gaining new client interest, and setting up meetings. This is an in-office position located in the Addison/North Dallas area near Keller Springs & the North Dallas Tollway

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Initiate meaningful conversations through daily outbound B2B calls to targeted prospect list- via warm and cold leads to build a robust pipeline and create opportunities.
  • Determine interest and qualify opportunities generated through Inbound Marketing, organic search and PPC campaigns.
  • Utilize our tech stack to enhance your outreach, following up calls with personalized emails. Provide clear documentation and record-keeping of prospect interaction.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our solution to key decision makers – CFO or finance executives.
  • Identify the unique needs of prospects and determine if they are willing to invest time and resources to address their challenges.
  • Schedule demo appointments via GoToMeeting between prospective clients and our Sales Executives.
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing results as needed
